SICL (Stockton Institute for Continued Learning) – pronounced “cycle” – is a member-run volunteer organization for lifelong learners in Stockton and surrounding areas in San Joaquin County. It offers educational and social programs in an informal setting. SICL, in partnership with San Joaquin Delta College, was formed in 1998. It utilizes the college environment and classrooms as part of the learning experience.
SICL provides a variety of interesting workshops, a free speaker series, and day tours during the fall and spring semesters each year. Members can learn new skills, develop new hobbies, and make new friends. There is something for everyone at SICL!
